Katherine Bicer

Picture
Katherine is the founder and director of Om in the Office. She has been teaching corporate and institutional yoga since 2006.  Katherine received her 200-hour certification through Core Yoga in Cambridge, MA and is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.  She is also trained in prenatal yoga and compassionate teaching.  She began practicing yoga to relieve graduate school stress and is a firm believer in its transformative power.  She is grateful to donate a portion of her time to organizations that make yoga accessible to women and adolescents in troubled situations.

Elizabeth Brown

Elizabeth has completed over 400 hours of teacher trainings and workshops since 2002 with John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga.  She spent last year teaching yoga in Vietnam and Myanmar, and is now teaching Anusara Inspired yoga full time in Boston Area studios, at Harvard Business School, and at the Radcliffe Institute.  In 2001, she completed a 200-hour training with Sarah Powers, Tias Little, and Paul Grilley in the Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yin traditions. Her classes are uplifting, dynamic, and fun.

Diana Cullum-Dugan

Picture
As a plump 12-year old, armed with The Teenage Diet Book and a ‘health spa’ membership, Diana quickly lost her adolescent chubbiness and fell in love with nutrition and physical activity.  Since then, she’s vested in lifelong priorities of health, vegetarian nutrition and physical activity¾after years of teaching aerobics and being an amateur body builder, she focused her teaching in yoga.  That transition led her ultimately to the heart-felt and celebratory style of John Friend’s AnusaraÒ yoga, and she has been a registered Anusara-Inspiredä yoga teacher since 2003.  As a teacher, she looks for your dynamism, playfulness, and luminosity and encourages you to let that shine out.  Her teaching focuses on optimal alignment through balanced energy, having fun, and celebrating the radiance of the heart.
Diana teaches from the place of knowing inside of you, there is a Light¾and that when you seek, find and acknowledge this Light, you also rediscover the love, acceptance, and serenity that dwell within
