Simple ways to do yoga at your desk

Bring yoga to work with you everyday.  Explore simple desk yoga poses, energizing breathing techniques, and stress management tips to keep you flexible, alert, and centered throughout your work day.  We will also discuss ways to cultivate a culture of wellness in your office.  Participants will leave with handouts explaining the exercises.  Comfortable clothing is suggested and all equipment is provided.

You are invited to arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy samples from TriNourish Catering and Hint Water
